1988 BMW M3

It’s been a long time coming for Intuned Online to feature one of the most recognized, feared and wanted vehicles of all time; the BMW M3. This week’s feature takes us back to sunny California for this race ready BMW. There are many types of car enthusiasts out there, lucky enough for Intuned that Cris Crozier the owner of this BMW is somewhat of a power freak. We’ll start under the hood of this car where we’ll find a fully stroked and built VAC 2.5L plus stroker M3 motor with some of the best parts around including Arrow rods and Schrick cams; and for those who don’t know who they are ebay should not be your first place to look. In person Cris’ BMW is something you’d expect to see on the Nurburgring in Germany. The exterior of the car supports its racing heritage with a carbon fiber hood and flared fenders. The Evo II front lip keeps the car low to the ground for added function and looks.
The M3 can’t be without shoes to match its unparalleled performance and style so BBS RS Wheels were used not only for their performance ability but also their tremendous looks. In a racecar you’d expect a single seat, no panels and no creature comforts, that’s not where Cris wanted to take his race inspired vehicle. The stock Recaro seats were re-upholstered in a custom alcantara and leather combination as well as matching alcantara replaces the headliner from front to back. Although Cris is the 3rd owner of this M3 he has owned it for 9 years and working on it steadily every year. We know that Cris would like to thank a couple of folks including Schneller BMW performance who gave him his first opportunity to be a BMW tech (5 years worth). We also know that Cris would like to thank Daniel (Intuned Photographer) and fellow tuner for inspiring him to continue modifying his car to new heights with many more modifications to come. As an added piece of information Cris the power freak not only owns a fast M3 but also owns a 2002 SE Suzuki Hayabusa so his speed addiction is very clear. We’d like to congratulate Cris on being this week’s feature and wish him the best of luck on all his future success with his career and his road ready race car.

This car has got to be one of the top E30 M3’s in America. If you think it looks sick, try riding in it on I-5 @ 140 mph. INSANE!! The sound is like a hungry beast is after it’s prey. Try not to be the prey!!!
