If a picture is worth a thousand words then our latest feature puts us well into the millions. We got a chance to chat with 20 year old Texas native Amy Markham to discuss some of her career highlights and her favorite cars.

IO – So how long have you been modeling?

Amy - I have been modeling for about a year and a half, I have made appearances for XDC @ Texas Motor Speedway, XDC Irwindale, CA and the local Texas Import Face Off events. I also have a recent 4 page spread in Rukus Magazine (www.rukusmag.com) for June 2011, a spread coming out in Fannatic Magazine for the July issue, as well as a few more publication features that are currently not out yet. I also have numerous online features, so check those out 🙂 and have been on 8 aftermarket product posters for Ace Custom Steering, as well as a poster for SoLo Films DVD (lowrider truck stuff)

IO – You’ve definitely been busy the last year and a half, what do you do when you’re not modeling?

Amy – I love to autocross even though I am a DNF and cone killa queen.

IO – Let’s jump right into cars, what are you currently driving?

Amy- I have a BMW 3 series manual (My "sporty" Granny car) and a 93 rx7 FD that I co own

IO- Awesome, what’s your favorite car?

Amy - My favorite car: Veilside RX7 FD.....need I say more?

IO – Of course not, we have a special soft spot r that car as well, anything you dislike?

Amy - I hate trucks, loud country music and mud. Clearly I am not a country gal (laughing)

IO – (laughing) we know how you feel, how can your fans can stay in touch and get uptades on upcoming features and events?
