CSCS Round 3 – Cayuga

Back at Toronto Motorsports Park, Hyundai Performance hosts the 3rd CSCS event for the 2011 year. I arrived early in the morning with APH to help with their Cyber Evo track car. Just a few weeks ago at the previous CSCS event debuting and testing, it was ready to put down a time at Toronto Motorsports Park.
M.Y. Racing brought along quite a few nice VW including a rare R32. The Subaru community also came out in force, taking over the drag strip, road course, AND the show and shine section with many GD/GR out.
Although the day was just scattered showers, many spectators didn't care and continued to enjoy the show with the on off rain. The track was wet but the puddles of water soon evaporated once the sun came back out.
By the end of the day... Many walked away with trophies from the show and shine. Anthony won 1st at the drifting competition for the first time, and Brian at Advance PowerHouse had set a new fastest lap time.
The next and final event will be Sept 25th and the temp will be much cooler by then, remember to bring your jackets!
