CSCS Season Finale – 2011
27 Sep, 2011
The Final event for CSCS's biggest year ended at the Toronto Motorsports Park. The weather was amazing and the temperture were higher than expected due to the sun. I got to the track at around 10am and got the see the whole venue fill with show cars, spectators, drifters, racers... until everything was packed. Many cars that usually don't show up for these events also came out including some hellaflush lownatics guys, and kurt with the custom 300C. On the track, CrazyLeo was on track practicing and Sailun tire brought out a brand new Lotus Evora.
There were even more food vendors than before! And spectators got to choose where and what to eat =D Models as well. Once again, the CSCS track lap time record was broken, this time by professional racer, Shasha Anis with a 350Z setting a time of 1:13:9. It was unfortunate that the Advance PowerHouse widebody Evo could not run due to a bumper issue, that would have been an awesome battle.
Finally at the end of the day with the sun settings, the night ended with some fireworks celebrating the finale of the 2011 CSCS events.
