Tony Gino has done it all. From being the creator and founding father of a popular GTA based forum websitewww.fukenricen.ca, to transforming his Honda Civic Si hatchback with his own two hands into the beastly machine that it is.

Fukenricen is a forum focused mostly on the tuner/import scene that first hit the World Wide Web back in 2001. It provides users detailed and helpful information regarding the import tuner scene, drag racing and track events, as well as some great entertainment with pictures and videos.“Fukenricen is definitely one of my biggest highlights throughout being in the import scene,” said Gino. “It took a lot of my time to get the word around, meet all the people in the industry and get my name out there. “My car is another huge highlight for me.”

Gino has done a lot of work on his Bubble-back over the time he has owned it and continues to create new goals for his vehicle.“I have spent 8 years, day and night, working on my car. I learned everything I know about Honda’s on it,” explained Gino. “Altech Performance let me work on the car at their shop and their owner, Joe Conde, pushed me to do as much work as possible on my own so I would learn for myself. “I believe in building a car instead of buying one. Of course there are points where you hit brick walls, but you will find the resolution in time to fix the problem and have a final complete project that you are truly happy with.”

Gino says that his goals for this summer are to increase the power from 520whp/412wtq at 22psi. 600whp and hopefully run 10’s at the track in the quarter mile. With the amount of work already completed on the car, Gino wishes to thank everyone on www.fukenricen.ca, Teknotik, Altech Performance, Avid Racing, SPEC Clutch, Cool 1 Autobody, and Magnus Motorsports.
